A quick desk meditation for when you find yourself buried in front of the computer for several hours straight stressed about getting through all the work that needs to get done. Sometimes it is in the worrying that distracts us from actually focusing on the work at hand.
This meditation will invite you to use your breath to release any tension held in your body from working at the desk for long periods and refocus your attention to the present moment and invite freshness and newness.
