And more often than not when travelling we move through these stressful unknowns with a lens of gratitude and joy through experiencing something new.

I believe that with the pace of living these days this approach is really helpful; no right or wrongs, just simply sit when you can and breath. No need for a special cushion, corner or even guided mediation. If your personality is one to make a dedicated space then here is a few “sit” options depending on your style.
